Hi, I’m Alicia Osei. With over a decade of experience working with both adults and children, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health. I specialise in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), providing tailored, evidence-based support for those experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges.
